Our Next Meeting Information:

Walnut Valley Quilters Guild will hold an in-person meeting on April 12th at First United Methodist Church, 2448 Edgemont Dr, Arkansas City at 5:30pm. The April program is the UFO Challenge Show. If you finished a project since the challenge was announced, bring it to the meeting to share with the group. All those who show a UFO that is now completed will be put into a drawing for a gift certificate to Field to Fabric. It’s not too late to enter. Forms will still be available at the meeting. Unquilted pieced quilt tops are eligible as well. So finish up a UFO and bring it to the meeting in Arkansas City on April12. I hope to see many fun completed projects. Hope to see many of you there!!

The purpose of the guild is to stimulate an interest in quilts, to promote and advance the art of quiltmaking, and to conduct educational programs and services in the design and techniques of quiltmaking.

WVQG meets the second Monday of each month at 5:30 p.m.  Meetings are scheduled alternately between Winfield, KS  and Arkansas City, KS since our members come from a wide area. The meeting schedule is available by clicking on "meeting schedule" on the left side of this page.

Quilting Bees: 
Sew What - Fourth Monday, Cowley County Room, 311 E 9th, Winfield. Open for all to Join.  Currently meeting in Island Park outside.
Bee: Every 1st & 3rd Tuesday from 6-9 pm at the Ark City Senior Citizen Center, 320 S. A Street. Come Join!! 
Sew Much Fun- meets second Thursday and Fourth Monday of the month; 9 - 4 pm Field to Fabric Quilt Co in Winfield. Anyone is welcome to join.
TMT Meets all day first Thursday and half day on the third Thursday at Field to Fabric in Winfield. Everyone welcome.
