Sound for Quilt Show provided by Ultra Sound

Opportunity Quilt --- The opportunity quilt, Garden Patch, will be given away at 4:30 p.m. on Sunday, April 3, at the conclusion of the second day. The beautiful quilt is a generous queen size (86x100) and was machine pieced by Joyce O’Laughlin. It was hand appliquéd and hand quilted by members of Walnut Valley Quilters Guild. Tickets are $1 each or 6 for $5 and may be purchased from a WVQG member or by contacting Donna Beene (620.442.9570). Tickets will be available at the show!

Bed Turnings ---  Back by popular demand, Bed Turnings reveal much about the life and quilting career of special members of the guild.  Each member will  have her "15 minutes of fame" (or more like 45 minutes!) as each one's "bed turnings" are featured during special presentations throughout the quilt show.  The entire quilting lives of these treasured members will unfold as they present quilts from the beginning of their quilting careers to the present and tell some of the stories associated with them.  Guests should find these presentations charming!
