Regular Guild meeting - May 13, 2013 at 1:00pm and 6:30pm at Cornerstone Bible Fellowship, 3725 E. 9th, Winfield, KS.

Program -The program will be a trunk show and lecture entitled "Romance of the Wedding Ring" by Sue Roy of Newkirk, OK. Supper will be at 5pm at College Hill Coffee in Winfield. All guild members and guests are welcome to join us.

Board of Directors meeting - Monday, May 20, 2013 at 6pm at College Hill Coffee in Winfield.

PURPOSE:
The purpose of the guild is to stimulate an interest in quilts, to promote and advance the art of quiltmaking, and to conduct educational programs and services in the design and techniques of quiltmaking.

The Bylaws and Standing Rules that govern the guild can be downloaded here.

MEETINGS:
WVQG meets the second Monday of each month at 1:00 p.m. and again at 6:30 p.m.  Having two meetings enables most members to attend regardless of work and family schedules.  Meetings are scheduled alternately between Winfield, KS  and Arkansas City, KS since our members come from a wide area.

To join the Walnut Valley Quilters' Guild download the membership form, fill out and return with dues of $20 to the postal address show below. Anyone interested in the art of quilting is invited to join our guild.
